Role summary
We are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement [Pardot] Developer who will be responsible for designing, building and optimising B2B marketing automation solutions within Salesforce. Your role will focuse on translating marketing and sales requirements into scalable technical solutions, including automation workflows, integrations, and personalised customer experiences.
You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, while ensuring seamless data flow between Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML/CSS
- Design and implement automation workflows (Engagement Studio, automation rules)
- Develop dynamic and personalised content using HML (Handlebars Merge Language)
- Manage and optimise Pardot–Salesforce integration and data synchronisation
- Configure lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle management
- Perform A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Ensure data quality, compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), and database hygiene
- Implement tracking (e.g. campaigns, analytics, tracking code) and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing needs into technical solutions

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle
- Experience with campaign management and lead attribution
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance
- Attention to detail in automation logic and testing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and tech teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot / marketing automation
- Salesforce certifications (highly preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant
Nice to have [Bonus]
- Experience with Google Analytics or web tracking tools
- Exposure to MarTech stack integrations (e.g. CMS, webinar tools)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data segmentation
- Experience working in Salesforce consulting or agency environments
