Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are hiring Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong consulting mindset to deliver Salesforce solutions for clients. This role is hands-on and client-facing. Requires someone who can translate business needs into technical designs, explain solutions in plain business language, and contribute to delivery excellence through best practices.

Required skills and experience

• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC
• Experience delivering integration solutions and troubleshooting API issues
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data models
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps ways of working
• Strong consulting capability: client-facing, structured communication, comfortable leading discussions
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in clear business terms

• FSC – Insurance, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, CPQ, Platform Events
• Salesforce certifications
