Role summary - Salesforce Project Executive/Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Executive /Business Analyst who is active in presales and delivery shaping. You will lead discovery and requirements definition, drive proposal preparation, and coordinate closely with the technical team to produce accurate estimates and delivery plans that win work and set projects up for success.

Required skills & experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in consulting environments
• Confident client engagement, structured discovery, and persuasive documentation
• Ability to write clear proposals and articulate value, outcomes, and delivery approach
• Strong collaboration with developers/architects
• Support project governance: RAID logs, status reporting, planning, and UAT readiness
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints
• Salesforce certifications
